In the different roles I experienced as Information Systems Architect, Manager, CIO…, I like to manage IT as a business enabler. My favorite professional questions are:“let’s get base to basics”, “why we do this”, “keep it simple”. My experience extends over program Management of multiple projects, and Agile Coaching in different business domains ( from finance to TV media end e-commerce). I thing that Agile Principles can help to improve organizations other than IT, so I’m trying to apply Agile approaches to other different services that interact with software development departments. I think that a good amount of problems stem in the inability of groups to express their thoughts, and that’s why I spend a lot of energy of the retrospectives I facilitate. My Values I’m continuously seeking to innovate, stay curious, respect (everybody has value to add to a group). I like thinking that I am also quite good detector of improvement opportunities.
The Facilitator Gathering is a great opportunity for me to meet a group of people that have a major experience in facilitating retrospectives. Last year experience was so great that I just cannot allow myself miss the 2010 session.
Private I’m living near to Paris France with my 3 children.
